Help answer the question about new home

Home much does is cost to add a 4th bedroom to a new home currently being constructed?
I am going to have a new home that has not been built yet and would like to know how much it would cost to add a 4th bedroom to the home. Construction has not begun yet. Also if anyone knows if I waited until several years after it was built what would it cost? The home will be in Conway, South Carolina if it helps and is in the $140,000 price range. 1300-1400 square feet so far, without the extra room.
